When you place your order, we will agree either a firm or approximate delivery date with you.
Our aim is not to let you down but to get the goods to you on time, so we check stocks and production schedules before agreeing dates with you. However, we cannot be held responsible for production delays caused by changes made by you to your order, proofs not being signed-off on time, or payment not arriving on time (if requested).
Most goods are despatched on a ‘next working day’ service, but for non-urgent orders a 3 day delivery service may be used.
If your order consists of several different products, they may be despatched separately from each other, and by different couriers.
